In this talk I will present challenges with current architecture and operations within SOC. The way we have been running security operations for the past 10+ years does not work any longer, analysts are still burning out jumping between multiple solutions closing alerts, we have to decide what logs to onboard, and threat actors are compromising our systems. I will discuss need for the SOC Transformation, how and why it needs to happen to address issues related with multiple security platforms, data and alert overload and analyst burnout.
